"Same issue again with the coaching"
I was hoping the coaching would be more useful this time, but it felt like the same problem all over again. The coach took a while to respond, and when they did, the advice was generic. It didn’t really help me move forward, which was frustrating.

"Good site, but billing could be clearer"
Overall, the site worked fine and was easy to use, so no major complaints there. The one thing that threw me off was the billing info — I had to click around more than I expected to figure out exactly what I’d be paying for before signing up. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, I just think making that part clearer upfront would make the whole process feel a lot smoother.

"App keeps glitching on me"
I tried using raceya.fit a few different times, but it kept freezing or not loading right. The login part was acting weird too, with this and that not working like it should. it just hasn’t been reliable for me...

"Helped me get my meals under control"
I’d been feeling pressured to figure out what I should actually be eating, and this really helped me sort my meals out. The nutrition tips were simple and actually made sense without making me feel overwhelmed

"Such a supportive group"
I originally joined just to get some running tips, but I ended up sticking around because the people here are genuinely helpful. Folks actually take the time to reply, encourage you, and celebrate your progress, if that makes sense. It just feels really nice to be part of a community like that.
"It does help with accountability and keeps me..."
It does help with accountability and keeps me from completely falling off track, so I’ll give it credit for that. That said, some of the reminders or feedback can come across like I’m being talked down to, which gets a little annoying. Overall it’s okay, just not always the most encouraging experience.

"Canceled without any hassle"
I ended up canceling, and it was straightforward, which was a relief because I was expecting it to be more of a thing. The refund didn’t show up right away, it took a few days, so I did keep checking my account like, okay, where is it, but it came through in the end. Overall, no real complaints

"Helped me feel ready for my race"
I used raceya.fit while training for my first half marathon, and it made the whole thing feel way less overwhelming. Every training plan is usually either too intense or too confusing, but this one actually felt doable and easy to stick with.
I got a little stuck on pacing and what to do during taper week, because that stuff always seems to confuse everyone, and their support was really quick and clear. No complicated running jargon, just straight answers that actually helped.
Race day went so much better than I expected. I felt prepared, calmer, and like I actually knew what I was doing. I’d definitely use it again, and I feel like anyone training for a race would get something out of it.

"The workouts got repetitive"
I was hoping for a bit more variety, but after a few sessions the workouts started to feel similar. It wasn’t terrible or anything, it just felt...

"The price are fair for what you get..."
The price are fair for what you get. I didn’t feel like I paid too much, and it did what I needed it to do. Compared to a few other things I tried, this one feels like a solid value

"The plan actually helped me improve"
I tried Race Ya for around 6 weeks. Wasn’t expecting a ton, honestly. But the runs were manageable. Like, I could actually stick with it without feeling destroyed after every workout. A few days felt kind of repetitive, sure. Same-ish runs here and there. But then I noticed I was getting faster. Not in some dramatic way, just... gradually. It ended up working well for me.

"I’ve been using it for my runs..."
I’ve been using it for my runs, but the tracking hasn’t been updating correctly. The progress page kept showing old numbers even after several days, which got frustrating after about a week. It just made it hard to tell how I was actually doing, if that makes sense.

"To be fair, the app does what I..."
To be fair, the app does what I need it to do for checking races and looking at my profile. It’s not a bad app, but it can be slow to load sometimes, and a few of the menus aren’t super intuitive. Overall it works, I just wish it felt a little smoother and easier to use...

"I signed up thinking I’d get a..."
I signed up thinking I’d get a workout plan that was actually tailored to me, but it felt like a standard template with my name added to it. The questions they asked were basic, and it didn’t seem like my injuries or schedule were really taken into account. When I reached out to support, the replies felt copied and pasted. For what it costs, I expected a lot more personalization. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

"Support took longer than I expected"
I don’t think the site is terrible overall, but my experience with support was a bit frustrating. I waited a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the answer didn’t really solve the issue for me. Maybe it depends on the problem, but from my side, it felt like they could definitely be faster and a little more helpful.

"Schedule was okay, but not super flexible"
The schedule worked out fine for the most part, but it wasn’t always as flexible as I hoped. I remember needing to move something around one day and it was way more of a hassle than expected. Weirdly, I also remember there being a tiny cactus on the desk while I was dealing with it, so that stuck in my mind

"Onboarding was a little confusing"
I signed up and, umm, the onboarding felt a bit all over the place. A few steps weren’t super clear, so I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to figure out what to do next. It did work eventually, but it wasn’t the smoothest first impression for me.

"I signed up hoping the injury prevention guidance..."
I signed up hoping the injury prevention guidance would help me train a bit smarter, especially since I’ve had a few random aches come up while running. But a lot of it felt like the same general advice you hear everywhere: warm up, stretch, rest, don’t overdo it. Am I missing something, or was it supposed to be more personalized than that?
When I started dealing with shin pain, I was hoping for clearer guidance based on my situation, but the advice felt vague. I ended up searching around on my own and eventually booking a physio anyway. For what I needed, it just didn’t feel worth it.
